San Francisco-based enterprise AI startup AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million (over Rs 195 crore) in a Series A funding round led by NTTVC, as it looks to help large businesses move artificial intelligence projects from experimentation to real-world deployment.
The round also includes industry executives such as George Still Jr of Norwest Venture Partners, ServiceNow Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer Amit Zavery, and Giacomo Santina, managing director at Charlesbank Capital Partners.
Founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh & Kabir Singh, AuxoAI combines AI strategy, engineering and enterprise-specific knowledge to build custom AI workflows for businesses. The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen technology development, expand its team of forward deployed engineers (FDEs) and deepen partnerships with technology providers.
The funding comes as enterprises look beyond AI pilots and seek solutions that can be integrated into business operations, existing systems and measurable workflows.
AuxoAI Uses Damia to Help Enterprises Deploy AI
AuxoAI offers an enterprise AI delivery model that pairs its strategists and engineers with client teams to identify business problems and build tailored solutions.
Its proprietary platform, Damia, is positioned as an AI workbench for enterprise delivery. It combines a catalogue of pre built skills with tools designed to capture institutional knowledge and build a context layer around an organisation’s processes and requirements.
This approach targets a common enterprise challenge: general-purpose AI models may be capable, but deploying them in a business often requires access to company-specific information, integration with existing systems and changes to established workflows.
AuxoAI aims to address that gap by combining software with hands-on engineering support. Its forward-deployed engineers work closely with client teams to adapt AI solutions to real operating environments.
Founders and Investor Support
AuxoAI was founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh. The company says its teams have worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, telecommunications and other sectors.
Alongside NTTVC, the funding round includes strategic participation from George Still Jr., partner emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners; Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer and chief operating officer at ServiceNow; and Giacomo Sonnino, managing director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and former COO of QuantumBlack North America.
AuxoAI also identifies itself as a Google Gemini Enterprise Transformation partner and an AWS advanced-tier partner. Its operations include engineering and delivery teams in India, with hubs in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Gurugram.
Why This Funding Matters for Enterprise AI
Many companies have access to advanced AI models but still face challenges putting them into production. Integrating AI with internal data, existing software, security requirements and established business processes often requires substantial engineering and organisational work.
AuxoAI’s model combines implementation specialists with a reusable technology platform. Damia is intended to capture knowledge from deployments and help teams deliver future projects more efficiently.
The commercial challenge will be to scale this hands on approach without allowing delivery costs to rise as quickly as revenue. For enterprise customers, the value will ultimately depend on whether deployments produce measurable improvements in productivity, customer experience or operating performance, not simply whether AI tools are introduced.
The new capital gives AuxoAI room to expand its engineering workforce, technology and partnerships as it pursues that opportunity.
