E2E Networks, an AI focused cloud infrastructure provider startup, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 72.70 Cr for the September quarter of FY27, reversing a loss of Rs 13.46 Cr a year earlier as revenue hike more than 5x.

Revenue from operations climbed 410.8% year on year to Rs 223.76 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with Rs 43.80 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company total income, including other income, reached Rs 233.69 crore, up from Rs 52.11 crore a year earlier.

The results, announced on October 16, reflect the fast expansion of demand for high performance computing infrastructure as businesses and AI developers seek computing capacity to train, fine tune and run AI models.

  • Revenue and Profit Rise Sequentially

E2E Networks also recorded growth over the June quarter of FY27. Revenue increased 42.7% from Rs 156.76 Cr, while consolidated net profit rose around 65.7% from Rs 43.88 Cr.

Total expenses increased 93.4% year on year to Rs 136.57 crore, compared with Rs 70.60 crore in Q2 FY26. Although costs continued to rise, revenue grew considerably faster, helping the company move from a quarterly loss to a profit.

The scale of the turnaround is significant, but the sustainability of earnings will depend on GPU utilisation, customer commitments, infrastructure costs and the company ability to convert demand into recurring revenue.

  • AI Infrastructure Drives the Growth Story

E2E Networks provides cloud computing infrastructure built around GPU clusters, including NVIDIA’s H100, H200 and B200 systems. These platforms support compute intensive workloads such as model training, fine tuning and AI application deployment.

The company secured a binding term sheet worth approximately Rs 1,000 crore in August 2026 with an unnamed Indian sovereign AI company to supply NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and related services. The agreement runs through June 2029 and excludes applicable taxes. The customer’s identity has not been disclosed.

E2E Networks has also received GPU infrastructure work under the IndiaAI Mission, including a reported Rs 177 crore order to supply computing resources. Its broader strategic relationship with Larsen & Toubro adds to its positioning in India’s AI infrastructure market.

  • Can E2E Sustain Its Growth?

The latest results show how quickly revenue can scale when a cloud infrastructure provider brings high demand computing capacity online and secures larger customer commitments. However, GPU infrastructure requires substantial capital investment, and reported profit alone does not reveal cash generation, capacity utilisation, or returns on deployed capital.

For investors, the key indicators to watch will be the pace at which contracted orders translate into recognised revenue, the utilisation of GPU capacity, and whether profitability holds as the company continues expanding infrastructure.
