At-home beauty and wellness platform Yes Madam reported revenue of Rs 79.4 Cr in Q2 FY27, up 69% year on year and 11% quarter on quarter, as the company continued to scale its home salon services across India. Net transaction value (NTV) rose 75% year-on-year to ₹165.8 crore, indicating that the value of transactions handled by the platform grew faster than its reported revenue.

The company’s latest update, dated October 17, 2026, also reported a 12% sequential increase in NTV from Rs 148.1 Cr in Q1 FY27. Revenue rose from Rs 71.7 cr in the previous quarter.

Over the two year period from Q2 FY25 to Q2 FY27, Yes Madam said revenue had increased 3.9 times, while NTV had grown 3.5 times. It reported annualised run rates of Rs 402 crore for revenue and Rs 836 crore for NTV.

  • Mayank Arya and co-founders scale the home beauty business

Founded in 2016 by Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya and Akanksha Vishnoi, Yes Madam connects customers with professionals providing salon, skincare, grooming, spa and wellness services at home. The company operates in more than 55 cities and has built a network of thousands of service professionals.

The startup remained bootstrapped for nearly a decade before securing its first institutional investment of Rs 50 crore from Info Edge Growth in May 2026. The funding was intended to support expansion, strengthen the service-partner network and improve technology and customer experience.

Yes Madam has also introduced single-use, single-dose product kits and a pricing model that separates product and service costs. Its portfolio includes Korean-inspired beauty services, reflecting its effort to differentiate through product transparency and service delivery.

  • Growth brings a new test: consistency and service quality

Yes Madam’s growth comes as app-based home services compete to attract customers while maintaining reliable service quality and an adequate supply of trained professionals.

For co-founders Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya and Akanksha Vishnoi, the next phase will involve expanding the service portfolio, strengthening the partner network, investing in technology and deepening its presence in existing markets.

The difference between NTV and revenue is important when assessing the business. NTV represents the value of transactions processed on the platform, while revenue reflects the amount recognised by the company under its accounting model. Faster NTV growth does not automatically translate into higher margins or profits.

Yes Madam has reported strong top line momentum, but its latest announcement does not disclose profitability figures for Q2 FY27. As it expands, investors will want to see whether the business can maintain growth while managing service-partner costs, customer retention and operating expenses.
