Enterprise AI startup Parallel Loop has raised $6.6 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital as it looks to help businesses integrate artificial intelligence into core operations across Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe and the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
Founded in June 2026 by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, the company combines an AI software platform with engineers who work directly alongside enterprise teams to connect existing systems, organisational knowledge and business workflows.
Parallel Loop has a team of 30 and serves more than 10 clients across industries and markets, including Licious and Havells in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand. Its teams operate across Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai.
- Parallel Loop Builds an AI Operating Layer for Enterprises
The startup's central proposition is that deploying AI tools is easier than embedding them into an organisation's daily operations.
Business knowledge is often spread across legacy software, internal documents, meetings, emails and individual teams. Connecting these sources to AI systems can help companies automate workflows, improve decision-making and build applications around existing processes.
Parallel Loop combines three capabilities to address this challenge.
-
AI Enablement: Helps leadership teams identify opportunities for AI adoption, establish implementation roadmaps and develop internal capabilities.
-
AI Stack: Connects enterprise systems and organisational context through a secure, modular platform supporting dashboards and automated workflows.
-
Software Factory: Combines forward-deployed engineers and AI agents to modernise legacy applications and build new software.
Rather than simply licensing a standalone product, the company works alongside clients from identifying opportunities through implementation and ongoing adoption.
- Data Control and Governance in Focus
Parallel Loop says its platform can run in a customer's own cloud environment or on-premises, with data residency configured to meet business requirements.
It also supports multiple AI model providers, including open-weight models, and maintains audit trails covering prompts, responses, context changes and actions. The company says clients retain ownership of their data, organisational context and client-specific work.
These capabilities are relevant for businesses operating in regulated or data-sensitive sectors, where deploying AI requires attention to security, access controls, governance and integration with existing infrastructure.
- What the Funding Means for Enterprise AI
For enterprise AI startups, the commercial challenge extends beyond building capable models. They must connect those models to real business processes, demonstrate measurable outcomes and ensure that employees consistently use the resulting systems.
Parallel Loop's combination of software and embedded engineering reflects a model in which implementation is central to the product offering. This may help enterprises move from isolated AI pilots to broader operational deployments, although the model's scalability will depend on implementation costs, customer retention and how much work can be reused across clients.
With its seed funding and multi-market presence, Parallel Loop is positioning itself to serve businesses seeking to make AI part of their operating infrastructure rather than an isolated productivity tool. Its next milestone will be demonstrating repeatable results across customers and markets.
