Bengaluru-based apparel startup ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 Cr in a funding round co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII as it looks to build its everyday performance wear business through fabric innovation, new product categories and a stronger retail presence.
The round also saw participation from ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, and Long View Ventures, alongside existing investors Sparrow and Antler and a group of angel investors.
Founded in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll makes clothing designed for people who move between work, travel, workouts and social occasions without wanting to change outfits throughout the day. The company plans to use the fresh capital for fabric research and development, product design, category expansion, and building its retail and customer community.
The funding comes as ReplyAll looks to differentiate itself in a crowded apparel market by focusing on material performance and versatility rather than competing only on style or price.
ReplyAll Focuses on Fabric Innovation and Product Design
ReplyAll’s approach centres on developing clothing that combines everyday styling with functional features. Its product range includes the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee, designed for use across different parts of a consumer’s daily routine.
The company uses its Temperform™ fabric technology in the Coolest Tee, while its Flexknit™ platform is designed to provide stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers.
According to the company, all three of its initial product launches sold out. It has also reported MOM revenue growth over the past seven months, with repeat customers contributing around 40% of revenue.
These are early indicators of customer interest, although the company has not publicly disclosed its revenue, gross margins, or total sales volumes. Repeat purchases will be particularly important as ReplyAll expands its range and seeks to turn initial product demand into a sustainable business.
Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII Back ReplyAll’s Consumer Brand Strategy
The latest investment brings together two lead investors backing ReplyAll’s materials-led approach to apparel.
Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, founder and managing partner at Sadev Ventures, said the firm sees long-term value in the brand’s focus on fabrics and product differentiation. Harsh Kapadia, founder and managing partner at Atom XVII, pointed to changing consumer lifestyles and the growing need for versatile clothing that can serve multiple occasions.
The round also marks continued support from Sparrow and Antler, which participated in ReplyAll’s earlier ₹6.8 crore funding round alongside other investors. The latest investment brings additional capital and returning investor support as the company prepares to expand its product offering.
Harmind Singh Joins as Co-Founder and CMO
ReplyAll has also strengthened its leadership team with Harmind Singh joining as co-founder and chief marketing officer. He will oversee brand strategy, marketing, creative direction and product design.
Singh has held design and creative leadership roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber. His experience will support the company’s efforts to build a distinct brand identity while keeping product design central to its positioning.
For a young apparel business, maintaining consistency between product quality, brand messaging and customer experience will be important as it moves beyond its initial launches.
What the Funding Means for ReplyAll
ReplyAll is entering a market where consumers have a wide choice of casualwear, sportswear and athleisure brands. Its bet is that some customers will pay attention to how clothing performs across different environments, not just how it looks.
The focus on fabrics could help the brand build a clearer identity, but expanding into new categories brings its own challenges. Each new product must deliver on comfort, fit, durability and design while keeping costs and inventory under control.
The ₹9.7 crore funding will give ReplyAll room to develop its materials, test new products and expand its presence. Its next stage of growth will depend on whether the early demand for its first products translates into repeat purchases across a broader range.
For investors, the key indicators to watch will be revenue growth, repeat-customer contribution, product margins and the company’s ability to expand without losing the product focus that sets it apart.
