KFin Technologies reported 29.9% revenue growth in Q2 FY27, with international and other investor solutions driving expansion. Managing Director and CEO Sreekanth Nadella said new deal wins and overseas business growth supported performance.
KFin Technologies Limited reported a 7.5% YoY rise in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹100.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Revenue from operations increased 29.9% to ₹401.8 crore, according to its results announced on October 26.
The company’s EBITDA rose 18.7% to ₹161.03 crore, while the EBITDA margin stood at 40.1%. The PAT margin was 25%. Although revenue growth remained strong, profit grew at a slower pace, making cost trends and the contribution of its international business important areas to watch.
International Business Leads Revenue Growth
Revenue from international and other investor solutions jumped 157.9% YoY. However, the growth rate was 20.9% when Ascent Fund Services was excluded, highlighting the impact of the overseas business on the reported numbers.
Ascent Fund Services revenue grew 31.3% YoY. KFin Technologies is seeking to expand its position in global fund administration, with international clients and overseas mandates forming an increasingly important part of its business.
The company’s overall average assets under management (AAUM) grew 15.1% YoY, ahead of the industry’s 13.1% growth. KFintech reported an overall AAUM market share of 33.1%.
New Client Wins Strengthen Business Pipeline
KFin Technologies added 437 corporate clients under its issuer solutions business and won 25 new alternative investment fund (AIF) mandates during the quarter.
Its National Pension System (NPS) subscriber base reached 2.5 million, up 41.2% YoY, compared with industry growth of 14.1%. The company also reported 785 alternative funds on its platform, with assets under management of ₹20.3 trillion.
These additions provide further reach across mutual funds, issuer services, alternative investments and retirement solutions. For a technology-led financial services provider, a broader client base can create opportunities to expand services within existing relationships.
First-Half Revenue Grows 30%
For the six months ended September 30, 2026, revenue from operations increased 30% to ₹758.33 crore. PAT rose 2.9% to Rs 175.56 Cr, while diluted earnings per share reached ₹10.12, up 3%.
Managing Director and CEO Sreekanth Nadella said growth was supported by deal wins across business segments and the expanding international operation. He also pointed to technology-led initiatives, including artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, as part of the company’s productivity and execution efforts.
KFin Technologies’ latest results show that its business is expanding beyond its domestic mutual fund operations. The next test will be how effectively it converts that revenue growth and international expansion into sustained profit growth while maintaining margins.
