Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup PowerUp Money, founded by Prateek Jindal, has raised $10 million (around ₹95 crore) in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures. Existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC also participated.

The fresh capital will help the company expand its AI-led wealth management services, scale its managed advisory business and develop personalised financial planning products for Indian investors.

The fundraise comes as PowerUp looks to move beyond mutual fund portfolio tracking and subscription-based advice towards a broader wealth management platform combining digital advisory with human-led financial services.

Prateek Jindal’s PowerUp Money Targets Full-Stack Wealth Management

Founded in 2025, PowerUp Money was launched by Prateek Jindal, who also co-founded fintech company Uni Cards. The startup initially focused on helping retail investors track and manage their mutual fund portfolios through research tools and subscription-based advisory services.

The company claims to have more than 15 lakh users tracking mutual fund portfolios worth over ₹2.5 lakh crore on its platform. Its paid advisory product, PowerUp Elite, has crossed one lakh subscribers, according to the company and funding reports. These figures represent platform users and tracked portfolios, not assets managed directly by PowerUp.

Elite Prime and Infinite Drive the Next Phase

PowerUp has introduced Elite Prime, an AI-enabled digital wealth advisory product designed to offer personalised financial guidance. It considers an investor’s financial goals, risk profile and existing portfolio to provide recommendations on asset allocation, SIPs, lump-sum investments, portfolio rebalancing and withdrawal strategies.

The product also includes an AI wealth coach and personal assistant intended to help users understand investment recommendations and manage their financial decisions.

Alongside this, the company is expanding Infinite, its managed wealth advisory offering. The service combines financial planning, portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation, goal-based strategies and ongoing portfolio management with dedicated adviser support.

PowerUp says Infinite has accumulated nearly ₹500 crore in assets under management within around nine months of launch, despite initially being available to a limited customer base.

Investors Back PowerUp’s AI-Led Wealth Strategy

The latest investment follows PowerUp Money’s earlier fundraising activity. In December 2025, the company announced a $12 million Series A round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC. It had previously raised $7.1 million in seed funding in June 2025.

The latest round also reflects investor interest in technology-led financial advisory platforms as more Indian households participate in market-linked investments.

For PowerUp, the opportunity is to make personalised wealth management accessible beyond the high-net-worth segment traditionally served by relationship managers. Its challenge will be to maintain the quality and suitability of financial advice while expanding through AI and digital tools.

The company is also looking beyond mutual funds, with plans to expand into stocks, exchange-traded funds and other asset classes. Founder Prateek Jindal has indicated that the focus will remain on product development and improving unit economics before aggressively scaling customer acquisition.
