Founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, the Bengaluru startup will invest in AI agents, enterprise sales and cloud infrastructure as it expands across international markets.
Bengaluru-based Live2.ai has raised ₹130 crore, or around $14 million, in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round includes primary capital to fund expansion and a secondary component that gives early shareholders partial liquidity.
The company will use the funds to develop its agentic intelligence platform, strengthen enterprise sales and expand its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. It also plans to grow its engineering, data science and customer success teams across key markets.
Founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, Live2.ai builds AI-powered tools that help brands turn online conversations into marketing decisions and commerce opportunities.
From Social Listening to AI-Led Action
Brands generate large volumes of customer feedback, product discussions and campaign engagement across social media and review platforms. Making sense of these signals—and acting on them quickly, can be difficult when teams rely on separate tools and manual workflows.
Live2.ai aims to bring these activities together. Its platform monitors conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites, helping businesses identify trends, track brand sentiment and respond to emerging issues.
The platform also supports social media publishing, campaign performance tracking, influencer-content audits and compliance management. Brands can use rights-cleared user-generated content to create shoppable experiences across digital and offline channels.
Eight AI Agents Power the Platform
Live2.ai combines multimodal artificial intelligence, a shared entity graph and eight specialised AI agents. Its tools include Crisis Detection, Trend Scout, Campaign Auditor and Autonomous Response.
These agents are designed to help brands identify potential reputation risks, spot emerging trends, review campaigns and manage customer interactions. Governance controls and human review are built into the workflow.
The broader business opportunity lies in connecting insights with execution. Rather than simply showing marketing teams what customers are discussing, Live2.ai wants to help them decide what to do next and measure the outcome.
More Than 200 Brands, With 90% of Revenue From Overseas
Live2.ai says it serves more than 200 brands across the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia. Its reported customers include Henkel’s Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands and Shiseido.
The company also reported that its revenue grew fourfold over the past 12 months, with international markets accounting for around 90% of revenue.
That overseas mix gives Live2.ai a global customer base while it builds from India. It also makes regional cloud infrastructure, enterprise support and compliance capabilities important as the company expands across markets with different customer requirements.
Fresh Capital to Support the Next Phase
The funding will help Live2.ai strengthen its AI platform and pursue more enterprise deployments. The mix of primary and secondary capital also means the transaction serves two purposes: financing the company’s next stage of growth and providing some liquidity to existing shareholders.
For the founders, the next challenge is to turn the platform’s growing capabilities into measurable value for customers. Enterprise buyers will look for more than AI features; they will want reliable outputs, clear governance and evidence that the technology improves campaign execution and commercial results.
Live2.ai’s latest round places it among Indian-built AI companies targeting global businesses. Its progress will depend on how effectively it converts international demand and reported revenue growth into sustained customer adoption.
