Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup Qiroko has raised Rs 1.5 Cr in a pre-seed funding round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors. Founded by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, the startup will use the fresh capital to expand its product range, strengthen distribution and build its team.

The funding comes as Qiroko looks to move beyond its existing jewellery portfolio and enter categories such as watches and bags. The company also plans to increase its reach through its  D2C website, online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Qiroko Plans Product and Distribution Expansion

Qiroko intends to invest in product development and portfolio expansion, while building in-house capabilities for brand building and content creation. The company is also looking to strengthen its team as it prepares to expand across multiple sales channels.

The startup currently sells through its own website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. It has also started distributing products through Blinkit, giving it access to the quick commerce channel.

The move into watches and bags could help Qiroko increase the range of products it offers to existing customers. However, expanding into new categories will also require the company to manage product quality, inventory and demand across different price points.

Bootstrapped Startup Reports Rs 6 Crore Revenue Run Rate

Founded in 2025, Qiroko operated on a bootstrapped model before raising its first external capital. The company claims to have reached an annualised revenue run rate of ₹6 crore within its first year of operations.

This figure is a run-rate estimate rather than a disclosure of audited annual revenue. The startup has also described its unit economics as strong, but has not publicly shared detailed figures on gross margins, customer acquisition costs or repeat purchases.

The latest investment gives the founders capital to expand without relying only on internally generated funds. It also marks an early institutional vote of confidence in the brand's product and distribution strategy.

Building a Multi-Channel Fashion Accessories Brand

Qiroko's next phase will depend on how effectively it balances product expansion with distribution growth. Selling through a D2C website, large marketplaces and quick commerce platforms can widen customer access, but each channel comes with different margins, fulfilment requirements and customer acquisition costs.

For early-stage consumer brands, the challenge is not simply adding more products or sales channels. It is building repeat demand while keeping inventory and marketing costs under control.

With ₹1.5 crore in fresh funding, founders Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik will now look to turn Qiroko's early traction into a wider fashion accessories business. Its ability to sustain the reported revenue run rate and maintain healthy unit economics as it expands will be key to its next stage of growth.
